- Research before reaching out. Find out what matters most to them.
- Tailor your message. Mention their goals, challenges, or interests.
- Offer a custom solution. Show you’re not just offering a one-size-fits-all pitch.
Quick tip: Use their name often
A prospect’s name is their favourite word. Use it wisely—it makes every interaction feel personal.

I tried personalizing my pitch once. Turns out, I sent the wrong name. Oops.
Why don’t I use templates? Because every prospect deserves a laugh unique to them.
I personalized my email with emojis. My prospect replied, “Why is there a unicorn?”
