  3. Offer a custom solution. Show you’re not just offering a one-size-fits-all pitch.

Quick tip: Use their name often

A prospect’s name is their favourite word. Use it wisely—it makes every interaction feel personal.

Why don’t I use templates? Because every prospect deserves a laugh unique to them.

I personalized my email with emojis. My prospect replied, “Why is there a unicorn?”
