The “Mini-Story” Method

Stories win hearts

Facts tell, but stories sell.

Why mini-stories work

Stories are memorable. When we tell a prospect about someone like them who succeeded with our help, they can see themselves in the story.

How to create mini-stories

  1. Start with a simple intro: “I remember when...”
  2. Describe the problem the person faced.
  3. Share how the solution worked for them.
  4. End with the result: “Now they’re enjoying XYZ benefit.”

A quick example

I worked with someone who felt stuck in their career. They wanted more time and money freedom. After working with us, they transitioned to a role they loved and doubled their income in a year.

Humour

Why are stories like chocolate? Because everyone loves them, and they’re addictive.

My mini-stories are like my cooking—short, sweet, and slightly undercooked.

I told a prospect a story, and they said, “You should write a book.” Maybe later. First, let’s close this deal.
