Quitting is part of being human.

Both work, but most professionals prefer Option 2.
Because when we say the right things, everything becomes easier.

Stories aren’t sales pitches — they activate emotion.
When we tell a prospect how we solved a problem for someone like them, they think, “That’s me!”
And that’s when they start listening.
People don’t want features or benefits — they want solutions.
