What Can We Do in 15 Minutes a Day?

We don’t need a 24-hour day plus an extra 15 minutes.

What we need is choice.

Instead of spending hours scrolling through cat videos, YouTube suggestions, or gloomy news commentary—keep them if you enjoy them—but take just 15 minutes of that time to get better at something important.

The secret? In just 15 minutes a day, we can become awesome at almost anything.

  • Want to master networking skills? Fifteen minutes a day adds up fast.
  • Read 15 minutes daily? That’s one book a week. In a year, you’ve read 52 books—an entire library of knowledge.
  • Want to get in shape, improve your diet, sharpen your social skills? Same system.

The examples are endless.

The human mind struggles to imagine the results of consistent action. But here’s the truth: if we do the consistent action, the results always show up—whether our mind believes it or not.

I’m delighted to be speaking at 2 online coaching sessions with the Personal Finance Society Ipswich Committee:

Wednesday 5 November, 12:00pm – 1:00pm
How to close more easily using the exact soft words—face to face or over the phone/video call.

Wednesday 3 December, 12:00pm – 1:00pm
How to build solid trust and rapport in seconds—face to face and over the phone/video call.

Each 1-hour session is practical, focused, and interactive. If you’re a financial advisor, mortgage broker, or insurance broker, you’ll find these skills incredibly useful.
