What Can We Do in Just 15 Minutes a Day?

We don’t need a day that’s 24 hours and 15 minutes long.

All we need is to make better choices about how we spend the time we already have.

Instead of mindlessly channel-surfing, watching endless cat videos, or getting lost in YouTube’s recommendations and gloomy news commentaries — keep enjoying them if you like!

But what if we took just 15 minutes of that time to become an expert at something?

There are 52 weeks in a year.

Imagine where we could be if we spent 15 minutes a day improving a skill or learning something new.

Fifteen minutes a day doesn’t sound like much, but it’s powerful.
In that time, we can read, practise, or learn — and those small daily steps compound into real expertise.

If we spent 15 minutes a day reading, we could finish one book a week.

That’s 52 books a year!

And if those books helped us get more clients or communicate better, imagine the difference by this time next year.

📘 Here’s one to start with: Stop Selling and Get Clients!

The same principle applies to everything:

Want to get in shape? 15 minutes a day.

Want to improve your social skills? 15 minutes a day.

Want to grow your business? 15 minutes a day.

The examples are endless.

Our minds often struggle to imagine long-term results from consistent action — but when we take action every day, the results appear whether we imagine them or not.

So, the question is
👉 What are we going to do in the next 52 weeks?

Humour

Commenting on a complaint from Mr Arthur Purdey about a large gas bill, a spokesman for North West Gas said,
“We agree it was rather high for the time of year. It’s possible Mr Purdey has been charged for the gas used up during the explosion that destroyed his house.” (The Daily Telegraph)
